We set store by the following criteria: you should be operating a stable business model in an attractive market niche. Your versatile product range should be matched by a broad customer structure. And, even though we would be pleased to see you operating internationally, your legal domicile should nevertheless be located in a German-speaking country.
If you are the director of a successful medium-sized manufacturing company which you would like to lead into a secure future, then please contact us. We would like to talk to you about acquiring a majority stake initially and building this up to 100% ownership in the longer term.
We do not invest in retail and service companies, or in companies with significant dependencies on individual business partners. We also avoid investments in companies undergoing restructuring or in their start-up phase.
