Helmut Ruwisch (born in 1947) was appointed as Chairman of the Board of Management at INDUS Holding AG in 2002 after over twenty-five years in responsible positions at a variety of banks. After graduating with a degree in business administration, he spent a number of successful years at the financial institutions WestLB, IKB, and WGZ. At Westdeutsche Genossenschaftszentralbank, he held responsibility for corporate and equity holdings transactions for a total of ten years as general agent and was then responsible for money, currency, bond, and share transactions, including treasury, as a member of the Board of Management. He was a board member at Bankhaus Lampe until 2002. His current contract was prematurely extended by the Supervisory Board of INDUS Holding AG until mid-2013.
