Burkhard Rosenfeld (born in 1941) is a graduate engineer and was a member of INDUS Holding AG´s Board of Management from the company´s establishment up until 2005. He has been a member of INDUS Holding AG´s Supervisory Board since December 7, 2008, and was elected as its Chairman in December 2009.

Dr. Jürgen Allerkamp (born in 1956) is a lawyer and political scientist.
