Bergisch Gladbach, March 7, 2008 - After many years of successful activity, Michael Eberhart (53) will be retiring from the Management Board of INDUS Holding AG for personal reasons as of 03.31.2008. His responsibilities will be assumed by his successor, Jürgen Abromeit (47), who is appointed to the Management Board with effect from 04.01.2008.
