Günter Kill elected Chairman of the Supervisory Board
Bergisch Gladbach, 12 December 2008 - Günter Kill was elected Chairman of the Supervisory Board of SDAX-listed INDUS Holding AG at yesterday’s meeting of the Supervisory Board. His prior position as Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board will be taken over by Dr. Jürgen Allerkamp, a member of the Board of Management of NordLB. The elections became necessary following Dr. Winfried Kill’s retirement for health reasons effective 31 October 2008. This decision will safeguard the continuity of control exercised and advice provided by the Supervisory Board.
