Change on the Supervisory Board of INDUS Holding AG
Bergisch Gladbach, February 8, 2010 - Graduate engineer Carl Martin Welcker (49) has been appointed member of the Supervisory Board of INDUS Holding AG by the Cologne District Court with immediate effect. He had been jointly proposed by the Supervisory Board and the Management Board as successor to Mr Günther Kill, who resigned from office in December 2009. Mr Welcker is Managing Partner of Alfred H. Schütte GmbH & Co. KG, a mechanical engineering company from Cologne. "As a mid-market entrepreneur, Mr Welcker has the knowledge and expertise that make him an ideal addition to the Supervisory Board," said Supervisory Board Chairman Burkhard Rosenfeld.
