Wilken Group takes over “Neutrasoft”
Bergisch Gladbach, 23 December 2008 - In the context of the announced optimisation of its portfolio, INDUS Holding AG has sold its subsidiary Neutrasoft, Greven, to the Wilken Group, Ulm, with effect from 1 January 2009.
The INDUS portfolio now focuses on manufacturing companies mainly in the mechanical engineering, construction, consumer goods and automotive industries.
The acquisition will strengthen the strategic position of the Wilken Group and make it one of the leading software suppliers to energy utilities in Germany.
