Personnel Change
Bergisch Gladbach, 20 December 2005 - Burkhard Rosenfeld (65) will be retiring at his own request from the Management Board of INDUS Holding AG as of 31.12.2005. Mr. Rosenfeld has attributed this decision, which follows on fifteen years of successful activity on the Management Board, to reasons of age. His main area of responsibility – Technology and Investments – will be taken over by Dr. Johannes Schmidt (44), who is to be appointed to the Management Board as of 01.01.2006.
